Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Charles Jegels Starr of Antioch, Tennessee, who passed away at the age of 68, on March 18, 2022. She was a senior insurance agent employed by Allstate Insurance Company in East Hanover for 30 years retiring 20 years ago.
